Come and join us for a wonderfully relaxing & informative day outside in nature.....
connecting, healing, restoring & nourishing your soul. Stress and anxiety levels will reduce while self-awareness and more of a sense of control over overwhelming emotions will increase - a great combination to boost your wellbeing and mental health.

This event is run by two qualified psychotherapists,
Dawn Harding and Claire Ballardie, who share a keen interest in working with nature and mindfulness and recognise the therapeutic and healing qualities through connecting both of these aspects.
The day will be relaxed and informal, encouraging & supportive - offering you an introduction to a variety of mindfulness practices for you to try, all of which help to reduce stress and anxiety levels; meditation, mindful movement using Tai Chi, stillness, mindful drumming, creativity and more, all set in a beautiful private setting of woodland and streams.
You will have the opportunity to connect with nature, with yourself and with others and will leave feeling relaxed, connected and empowered, more able to deal with the daily stresses in life in a healthy way. Not forgetting the homemade cakes!

Today I went on a well-being retreat, which was a great treat
Allowing myself to connect with my soul, so welcome when things were so low.
Using my senses, it felt so right, looking at my tree with renewed sight
Closing my eyes to hear all the sounds, allowing my feet to feel and connect with the ground.
Tap tap of the drums, the feel of the rhythm deep in my soul
Allowing my inner child to surface and let the freedom and excitement grow.
The sound of a distant bird, the breeze in the trees
Guided meditation allows us to breathe, connected with earth, sound and the breeze.
Feeling the ground beneath my feet, nature all around me is such a treat.

The strange inner power as we all come together, making a picture that wont last forever.
